A happy employee performs better, calls in sick less often, is a more pleasant colleague and has more energy. An employee to set as an axample to others!
Obviously an employer does not have the power to make it’s employess happy. it is even hard to define what it is exactly to be happy, but what I can say with certainty is that the way you approach life as it is has a great deal to do with it.
You are responsable of your own inner experience and you are the only one who has control over this and your actions. If you want to improve your actions or behaviour, your thinking and the way you feel, you must create a change on the level underneath this all- your awareness or consciousness and your own fysiology.
